Tax Information
- Our products are shipped from the United States. All prices displayed on our website already include sales tax, ensuring transparency and ease for our customers. This also applies to shipping and handling fees.
- The tax rate applied is based on the shipping address and local sales tax regulations within the United States.
Address Changes
- Ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays or additional charges.
- Before Shipping: Address changes are free while your order status is "Unfulfilled" and the product has not yet shipped.
- After Shipping: If the order status is "Fulfilled" (i.e., you have received a shipping confirmation email), an address change will incur a $30 fee. This fee applies regardless of whether the address change is successful.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Fees:
- Full refunds are available if you cancel your order before it has shipped.
Refund Process:
- If you cancel an order before it ships, your request will be processed within approximately 24 hours. The refund will be returned to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.
- If you wish to return the item after it has shipped, please contact us for return instructions. You may return the item to our warehouse, and we will issue a refund after receiving the product. Please note that returns will incur a 10% restocking fee and return shipping costs.

Shipping Notes
- Before signing for the parcel, please open the package and inspect the item. If you find any issues, please reject the delivery immediately.
- Large items may be shipped in multiple boxes. If you only receive part of the order, please be patient and contact us.
- If you need the product to be delivered on a specific day, please contact the logistics provider directly to arrange it.
- Your order will be shipped via FedEx, USPS, or UPS. The package may be left at your door or in the yard if you are not home, so please check promptly to ensure the package's safety. If you cannot locate the package, please contact us immediately or reach out to the logistics provider directly.
- Deliveries are marked as "Authority to Leave" and do not require a signature. No redelivery service is provided; you must collect the parcel if a card is left.
- Our goal is to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days after full payment. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible, and additional fees may apply for re-delivery or redirection requests.
- Postage and handling fees are based on product weight and size, and discounts on freight costs are not available.
- Some postcodes are not accessible to our carriers. Orders to these locations will be canceled and refunded. We appreciate your understanding.
- We're sorry, but the logistics carrier does not allow us to cancel the order once it is in transit. If you do not wish to keep the item, please return it to our warehouse after you receive it. Please note that if the return is not due to a product quality issue, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
