Return&Refund Policy
- At Advwin, we stand behind the quality of every product sold and delivered by our team, and we aim to meet and exceed every customer's expectations. If your product is defective due to manufacturing flaws within the specified warranty period, we are happy to offer an exchange.
- Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to decide if an item is right for you. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service within 30 days of delivery and provide proof of purchase.
- Return Authorization Required: Please contact our customer service to obtain a return shipping label and detailed instructions before returning any items. Unauthorized returns without prior confirmation will not be accepted.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to mattresses, maternity pillows, and other vacuum-sealed products. These items are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations unless they are defective.
- Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. We do not accept items that have been worn, damaged, assembled, or altered.
Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to an error by Advwin (e.g., defective product, wrong item shipped), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For other returns, the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs. Please note that we do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service.

Shipping Costs at Purchase: If the return is due to an error by Advwin (e.g., defective product, wrong item shipped), the refund will include the original shipping costs as we will cover those expenses. For other returns, where the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, the original shipping fees are not refundable. The refund will only include the cost of the product.
- Refund Process: Once returned items are received and inspected at Advwin's warehouse, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing refunds may take up to 1-3 business days, with an additional 5-7 business days for bank processing.
- Accessories and Original Packaging: To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must include all accessories and original packaging.
Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be canceled before shipment.
- If the order has already been shipped or delivered, it cannot be canceled, but you may return the item once it is received, following the standard return process.
- Please note, if an order is canceled, a 10% restocking fee will apply.
- Initiate a Return: Please email support@advwin.us with your return or exchange request, including any relevant photos or videos if applicable. We will review your request and provide further instructions.
- Receive Authorization: If your return is approved, we will email you detailed instructions on how to complete the return and ship the item back to us.
- Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 1-3 business days to your original method of payment. Bank processing times may vary and could take an additional 5-7 business days.
- Logistics Cost Coverage: If the return is due to a product defect or delivery issue, Advwin will cover the cost of return shipping. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
